Warren got to Introduce Kent Arave at the ULCT lucheon as the outstanding Citizen Volunteer on 09/10/09. Kent is one of the founding members of Washington Terrace City, which incorporated after World War II. He has been a resident for 66 years, he ...moved to the Terrace in 1943. He worked for the City as the Public Works Director for 8 years. He served on the City Council for two terms. He volunteered as a Planning Commissioner for over 19 years and has served as Chair on the Board of Adjustments. His insight and forethought have been instrumental in the development of our Community.
